Do I need prior fitness experience to join?
Not at all! My classes are designed for all fitness levels. I will help you modify exercises so you can do them safely and successfully.
Where is the gym located?
The gym is in my converted garage on Sunnyside Road just north of Blanchardville! The space is large and conducive to group fitness classes, and all equipment is provided.
What should I bring to class?
A water bottle to stay hydrated, comfortable workout clothes and sneakers, and a positive attitude. Everything else is provided!
Can I try a class before committing to a full session?
Yes! I offer a free trial class so you can experience a workout and see if it's the right fit for you.
How do I pay for classes?
Once you decide which classes you're planning to take, I ask that you pay for the whole session upfront (details to come). If you are dropping into a class, you can pay on the day you attend. Please note that there is a $2 upcharge for drop-ins.
Do you offer 1:1 personal training?
Not at this time! In addition to leading group fitness classes, I am a wife, a mother of two, a marathon and ultra-marathon runner, a coach for Girls on the Run and Let Me Run, and I work full-time as a high school English teacher. I don't think I can squeeze anything else into my schedule!
Are your classes women-only?
Yes, I create a supportive, empowering space designed specifically for women of all fitness levels.
What if I can't make it to a class, or I want to drop into one that I'm not signed up for?
I kindly ask that you call me or text me (608-636-3919) to keep me updated.
